President & CEO
John Noble, Jr., MD, is President of the Board of Directors of Better Day Health. He is originally from Lake Charles, Louisiana, and earned his undergraduate degree from McNeese State University in Lake Charles. He received his Medical Degree and completed his orthopaedic residency at LSU Medical School – New Orleans. He also completed a fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. He is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons and a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Dr. Noble has over 20 years of private practice experience and joined the Center for Orthopaedics in 2000. As an investor and board member of Better Day Health, Dr. Noble is following his interest in helping develop improved business tools for providers and hospital systems.

Ben Herrera is a seasoned entrepreneur and business operator who has built, scaled, and led multiple companies across Southwest Louisiana for more than two decades. As the owner of high-volume, customer-facing businesses, Ben spent years on the front lines of payment processing — absorbing the high fees, hidden costs, and operational complexity that merchants are too often forced to accept. That first-hand merchant perspective is exactly what he brings to Better Day Payments. Having guided his businesses through hurricanes, COVID-19, and a complete rebuild after a fire, Ben understands cash flow, resilience, and what it takes to protect a business's bottom line. He is deeply committed to the Southwest Louisiana community and to helping healthcare providers and other businesses keep more of what they earn through fairer, more transparent payment solutions.
Technical Lead
Kieran has spent more than 20 years in the technology sector, serving as CTO for multiple healthcare startups and as CEO of several successful technology companies. His background spans the full software development lifecycle, SaaS platform development, and Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) development and prototype design. He brings deep experience building secure, compliant healthcare technology, including ISO and SOC 2 certification. At Better Day Payments, Kieran leads the technology and product vision — delivering a secure, integrated payments platform purpose-built for healthcare.
